Our savoury steak needed a classic sauce with a Mezza twist: we combined the toasted sesame and citrus flavours of our tahini sauce with the vibrant and refreshing flavours of chimichurri. The result is our new Chimichurri Tahini (Chimitahini) sauce - rich, bold and fresh.
